Level 1 = Beginner or working with challenges. Level 2 = Able to do basic yoga poses with stability. Level 3 = Strong skills in basic poses & consistent practice for more than 1 year.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I PRACTICE YOGA? Consistency of practice is crucial to progress. Consistency can be achieved by making your yoga practice a priority in your life. Consistent practice two to three times a week is highly recommended for greater benefits and more rapid progress. Four or more times a week is optimal and will achieve powerful results. At Bayview, once you pay for two classes in a single week, you can attend unlimited classes for the rest of the week free.
PRICING We strive to keep our pricing structure affordable, especially for those who practice regularly with us. We encourage you to sample different types of classes if your schedule allows. Just in town for a few days? Walk-ins are welcome--and we have loaner mats! You can start any time.
Multi-Class Passes We post the current status of multi-class passes. It is your responsibility to monitor your pass status and buy a new pass when you have used all your classes.Multi-class passes expire one year after date of sale.
Private Instruction Private instruction is a good choice if you are working with physical challenges, or if you want professional and personalized guidance so you can reap maximum results from the time you devote to your exercise routine or yoga/meditation practice.
